Our hot air balloon flights lift off at approximately sunrise, so please be waiting at the specified time given.
If you are unavoidably late or “lost” please call: 07 3844 6671 as this can cause delays to the tour.
Please be waiting at pick up point and the specified time, unless we call you to cancel flight.
Hot air balloon flights info:
Flying time: Our Classic flight time is minimum 40 minutes (flight and safety conditions dictate exact length of time).
Total event time is approximately 5 hours.
Transport to the lift off site from Brisbane City Accommodation and other meeting points, followed by a delicious vineyard champagne breakfast and then transport back to Brisbane City Accommodation and other meeting points.
Balloons Over Brisbane Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to make policy changes without notice, it is understood that once payment is received or credit card details are supplied, that you agree to our terms and no other arrangements can be entered into or negotiated.
*If you cancel or choose to reschedule within 48 hours of the flight you may incur a 100% cancellation Fee.
No Shows will forfeit entire cost of flight.*
