We are currently the cheapest 1 Hour flight in the area.
Please Note: We are not currently flying Tuesday's Wednesday's or Thursday's unless it's for a Group of 6 or more, or it's a Public Holiday.

Group Booking Information...
* Children: Minimum age 8 - Maximum weight of no more than 35kg.
* As weight is an important factor in a hot air balloon; passengers weighing 115 Kg or over attract a 50% Surcharge.
* Due to Safety factors if pregnant or weigh 130kg or over you will be unable to participate in hot air ballooning.
* Full Payment Required no less than 1 week (7 days ) prior the flight. Credit Card details act as security and are not debited until day of flight.
* If you cancel or choose reschedule within 96 hours of flight you may incur a fee of 50%. If using a Gift Voucher as payment for your balloon flight you may render it invalid.
* If you cancel or choose to reschedule within 48 hours of flight you may incur a fee of 100%.
* No shows on Day will forfeit entire amount.
* As emails may not be read until after the flight; Cancellations via email are not concidered valid, you must call if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
group bookings:
5 or More...(group discount requires 6 or more)
* Full Payment required within 1 week of making booking. Credit Card Details may be used as security. 1 only
* Cancellations or reschedules can be made no less than 1 week (7 Days) before flight or 100% Cancelation Fee may apply.
* No shows will not be refunded.
* Preferred 1 person coordinating the booking, responsible for all aspects associated with booking.
* Payments or Security will not be processed individually prior to flight. Though if Credit Card used as Security, individual payments can be made on the day.
Group Discount - 6 or more only...
* Currently only applies to midweek (Tuesday - Friday)
* Average individual weight of each passenger must be no more than 80kg
* Discount Applies adult price only. Though children can contribute to the number of passengers
* Discount does not apply to bookings made by agents unless Agent Commision is waivered.
