chief balloon pilot-will paul
Wil Says;
"Being a Hot Air Balloon Pilot is the coolest career around."
Wil has been flying hot air balloons for nearly 30 years and has accumulated well over 4000 hours plus, as pilot in command, he was a commercial balloon flight instructor for many years with an impeccable safety record. He is currently a private balloon instructor. He started his pilots career in the 1980's, in Seattle, U.S.A, before coming to Australia for Expo 88. Liked the place so much, he decided to stay, and buy Balloons Over Brisbane.
crew chief-jason biddle
Also manages the Main Office.
For well over 20 years he has been getting up before the birds, breathing in the daybreak air and 'chasing' Hot Air Balloons. He also makes sure there's plenty of Breakfast Goodies for one and all. Outside of crewing for Balloons Over Brisbane he loves to play Golf, is an amateur Movie Critic and a happy 1 or 2 day B&B frequenter.
balloon pilot- andrew fewtrell
Has been crewing for more than 15 yrs;
Andrew became involved in grade 2 with a transport assignment; his Dad (Kevin Fewtrell) suggested hot air balloons. His school assignment turned into somewhat of an obsession, so much so he is now a private hot air balloon pilot and competes often at many Hot Air Ballooning Events around the country, and crews regularly for Balloons Over Brisbane; while still working at the Mater Hospital.
No longer crewing for Balloons Over Brisbane; family work and other comitments have become a priority.
His younger brother Marek Fewtrell no crews in his place.

"Balloonist's Prayer"
May the wind welcome you with softness
May the Sun bless you with warm hands.
May you fly so high and so well that
God joins you in laughter and sets you gently
Back again into the loving arms of Mother Earth.
