Full payment required:
no less than 1 week before flight.
If we have not received full payment or credit card details as security on or before the specified date, supplied to you at time of making your booking, your booking may no longer be valid.
If you have forgotten to make payment or supply credit card details and still wish to fly on date booked, please call us and if we are able we can reinstate your booking as long as payment has been received.
Flexibility is afforded those who book within that week.

cancellation/reschedule policy
Cancellations via email are not concidered valid.
As emails may not be read until after the flight.
* Agents are held responsible and must cover the cancellation fee, if passengers booked by them cancel or do not show up on the day, per our policy. And will forfeit Agent Commission.
1 - 4 passengers...
* If you cancel or choose to reschedule within 96 hours of your flight, you may incur a 50% Cancellation Fee.
* If using Gift Voucher as payment for your Hot Air Balloon Flight, you may render the voucher invalid.
* If You cancel or choose to reschedule within 48 hours of flight, you may incur a 100% Cancellation Fee.
* No Shows will forfeit Full amount! No discussion will be entered into.
5 or more passengers...
* If you cancel or choose to reschedule within 7 days of you flight, you may incur a 100% cancellation Fee.
* No Shows will forfeit entire cost of flight. No Discussion will be entered into.
