We require full payment no less than 1 week before flight. (As of 19/02/09)

If we have not received a deposit on or before the specified date, your booking will no longer be valid. Flexibility is afforded those who book within that week.

Cancellations via email are not valid

If you cancel or choose to reschedule within 72 hours of your flight without good reason* and we cannot replace you, you will incur a 50 % cancellation Fee. (As of the 19/02/09)
No Shows will forfeit entire cost of flight.
