for Your Hot Air Ballooning Experience
As all our hot air balloon flights always lift off at Sunrise, please meet no later than the specified time.
If rescheduling please check times.
If you are unaviodably late or "lost" please call: 07 3844 8675 as late passengers can cause delays.
Be there unless the pilot calls you to cancel flight *No Shows incur 100% penalty.
Do not call our main booking office 07 3844 6671 as it is not open at flying times.
Hot Air Balloon Flights info:
Flying time: approximately 1 hour (flight and safety conditions dictate exact length of time)
Total event time is approximately 3 to 4 hours.
Transport to the lift of site from Davies Park, transport from landing site back to Davies Park, setting up and packing away the balloon, and not forgetting breakfast.

Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to make policy changes without notice, it is understood that once payment is recieved or credit card details are supplied, that you agree to our terms and no other arrangements can be entered into or negotiated.
*If you cancel or choose to reschedule within 96 hours of your flight without good reason* and we cannot replace you, you may incur a 50% cancellation Fee.
*If you cancel or choose to reschedule within 48 hours of the flight without good reason* and we cannot replace you, you may incur a 100% cancellation Fee.
No Shows will forfeit entire cost of flight.*
*Gift Vouchers are subject to the same Cancellation policy, though if you cancel within 96 hours of the flight, you may forfiet the entire value of you Gift Voucher as value of Voucher can not be changed.
*CANCELLATIONS VIA EMAIL ARE NOT VALID*
