- Cancellations or reschedules can be made no less than 1 week (7 Days) before flight or
50% Cancelation Fee applies.

* As weight is an important factor in a hot air balloon; passengers weighing 115 Kg or over attract a 50% Surcharge. Due to Safety factors if pregnant or weigh 130kg or over you will be unable to participate in hot air ballooning.

* Due to limited facilities we are not able to cater to a large number of extra breakfasts, therefore availability is governed by total number of passengers flying.

If you cancel or choose to reschedule within 96 hours of your flight.
and we cannot replace you, you may incur a 50% cancellation Fee.
*If you cancel within 48 hours of the flight you will forfeit entire cost of flight.*
