- Full Payment required within 1 week of making booking.
- Cancellations or reschedules can be made no less than 1 week (7 Days) before flight or
50% Cancelation Fee applies.
- No shows will not be refunded.

* Group DISCOUNT adults only (6 or More Total Passengers) *Conditions Apply*

* As weight is an important factor in a hot air balloon; passengers weighing 115 Kg or over attract a 50% Surcharge. Due to Safety factors if pregnant or weigh 130kg or over you will be unable to participate in hot air ballooning.

* Due to limited facilities we are not able to cater to a large number of extra breakfasts, therefore availability is governed by total number of passengers flying.
