How far in advance?

To save disappointment, when wanting a particular day, we recommend at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends; group bookings would require more advance notice.

So be there unless the pilot calls you to cancel. Regardless of what the weather is doing at your place.

If the weather forecast is looking less than favourable, please save any phone calls to our office; as they will not be able to help; the pilot makes the ultimate decision and will call you accordingly.

We are always at the mercy of the weather and our pilot makes his decisions based on passenger safety, comfort and enjoyment of flight.

If your flight is cancelled due to weather, please call our office on 07 3844 6671 after 7.30am to reschedule your booking.
